The mission of QTTSC is to support and advance road safety and transportation knowledge nationally and internationally through research, engagement and education.

- Research: To conduct sound and multidisciplinary research in the areas of transportation and traffic safety that will benefit humanity in particularly to the community in Qatar.
- Service: To provide sound and quality services to the community in Qatar in the areas of transportation and traffic safety by means of training, consultancy, knowledge dissemination and community services.
